4.Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cable is suitable for fixed laying on AC 50Hz transmission and distribution lines with voltage level of 1KV or less Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cable is mainly used in power plant, petrochemical, steel plant, tunnel, paper, substation and computer, etc. .

7. Low smoke halogen-free wire features:
(1) tensile strength is higher than ordinary PVC wire: General PVC wire tensile strength is greater than 1.05 kgf/mm2, and low smoke halogen-free wire tensile strength is greater than 1.2 kgf/mm2;
(2) good weather resistance (- 30 °C ~ 105 °C) ;
(3) good softness (hardness 80-90) ;
(4) non-mobility (no shape shifting due to lack of plasticizer in the formulation) ; (5) non-toxic black smoke (a small amount of white smoke) ;
(6) high volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012 ~ 1015/cm3, low smoke halogen-free wire is more than 1016/cm3;
(7) good high voltage resistance: PVC wire is generally resistant to 10KV, and low smoke halogen-free wire is more than 15KV;
(8) good elasticity and viscosity.
8.Scope of application
This product is suitable for high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theaters, power stations, chemical plants, city squares and other public utilities, etc. .
