APPLICATIONS

MTX-T series boiler pass induced draft centrifugal blower fan is mainly applicable to the ventilation
system for 2-670t / h steam boiler in thermal power plant. The MTX-T series can also be used
in industries ventilation and general ventilation without other special requirements required.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
 

Ventilator conveyor medium is the air, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC;
induced draft fan for the media is flue gas, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ºC.

Dust removal device must be installed in the front of fan to minimize the amount
of dust into the fan. According to the usage of general power plants, the efficiency of equipped
dust collector shall not be less than 85%.

These fans are produced for customers special requests.If the customer has other requirements
for pressure and air volume what is not included in the following list, please contact our
technicians to design and select the appropriate fan.

• Can be produced between Ø680 mm - Ø900mm with requested diameter and variable blade angels.
• Air Volume is up to 9039m³/h (2.52m³/s)
• Static Pressure is up to 21931 Pa.

CONSTRUCTION (FAN CASING)

The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint or epoxy paint is available. On fan casing there is Aerodynmical round Inlet
 

IMPELLER

Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet,stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium or FRP.

Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm.

 

DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven,belt driven,coupling driven.
 

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

Inlet silencer or outlet silencer,flexible connecter,air shutter.
